Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Information we collect. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number (if provided) and payment information. When you sign up for emails, we collect your email address and, if you share it, your first name. When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics data: pages visited, device type, referring source and approximate location based on IP address.

How we use it. Order data is used to fulfill your order, send shipping updates, process returns and answer your questions. Your email address is used to send order confirmations and, if you opted in, marketing emails. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and, where applicable, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Venmo. We never see your full card number. Your payment information is encrypted and handled under PCI-DSS standards.

Sharing. We share data only with the partners we need to run the store: shipping carriers, our email platform, our analytics provider and our payment processors. We do not sell, rent or trade your data.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart between visits, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work without them.

Marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribes immediately.

Your rights. You can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct it or delete it. To do so, reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact form on the site you ordered from. We will respond within 30 days.

Children. The site and products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes. Updates to this policy are posted on this page.
