Refund policy

If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

30-day window. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items should come back unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and the replacement or refund. Send us a photo within seven days of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the item reaching us.

Custom items. Items made to your own design or personalized for you are final sale unless they arrive damaged or are made incorrectly.

How to start a return. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact form on the site you ordered from. Include your order number and we will send instructions.
